My husband, our 5-month-old puppy, and I are currently involved in private instruction with Ann. Due to a schedule conflict, it was not feasible to enroll in the March 2018 classes, but Ann was most accommodating by arranging a mutually convenient time for private instruction. She is very patient, offers practical tips, and gets results. Twelve years ago (with our previous Golden), we enrolled in a group class and found that to be particularly helpful as well. I highly recommend Ann.
